RETURNS POLICY

ONLINE & IN STORE

You have the statutory right to return your order for any reason within 28 days (14 days for sale items) beginning with the day you receive/collect your online order or the day you make your in store purchase. Proof of purchase will be required for us to process any return.

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty items must be returned to us with the original packaging & with proof of purchase. When purchased online we will refund both your original & return shipping costs. This may or may not be at the same time as your product refund. You will receive the refunded funds back to your original payment method within 28 days of the return.

CHANGE OF MIND (IN STORE)

Items can be returned upon a change of mind within 28 days (14 days for sale items) for an exchange or refund. You must have proof of purchase & items must be resalable with packaging in tact & in a presentable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return on this basis. Your statutory rights are not affected.

CHANGE OF MIND (ONLINE)

As above with the additional term - The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. We are unable to offer a refund on the original & return postage costs. The item remains the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. If the item is lost/misplaced/damaged or incorrectly delivered by the courier the customer has chosen this is the customers responsibility to solve directly with the courier. This will affect your return. Fifth Sense will not be able to contact your chosen courier regarding the same.
